Q: Can i cancel my order?

A: We pack our orders daily at our distribution centre, so please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order. If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount.

Please contact melissa@melissaphair.com with your order number and we should aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Q: Do i have to pay to return an item?

A: Yes, you have to cover postage for a return. We at Melissa Phair will cover the postage if the item is faulty or in an exchange we will cover costs of the new delivery to you.

Q: Does the customer pay customs, duties and taxes?

A: Melissa Phair is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Unfortunately these differ from country to country and we are unable to tell you what these charges will be.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A:Yes! We do ship internationally, express DHL usually within 3-5 days worldwide. If you are based in the Uk, we aim to deliver within 48 hours and for Europe, you are charged no customs fees as we ship from ireland and aim to deliver in 3-5 days.

Q: What do i do if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?

A: Please email our customer services team at melissa@melissaphair.com with your order number as well as any detail, images or exchange preferences.

Q: What are some garment care tips for my new clothing purchase?

A: We advise cold/cool washing temperatures and to hang dry your items, never tumble dry as this can shrink and damage your items. There is a care lable on each item of clothing, please pay attention to your washing instructions.

Avoid over washing your items, this can help them look in better condition and last longer and also is better for our environment.

A: Melissa Phair is committed to manufacturing processes that are environmentally compliant and we actively work to improve our business practices and minimise our impact on the environment daily. We work with SMETA approved factories which also ensures the fair wages and working conditions of our workers.

Our boxes are 100% recyclable and we use recycled materials throughout our collections, including reclyed polyester/recycled satin.

Linen is considered a renewable material and currently over 90% of our collections are made with this environmetally friendly fiber.
