Santa Eularia is a beautiful little town on the east coast of Ibiza. It’s one of the quieter areas on the island. It has a long-established reputation as the island's gastronomic and cultural centre, with several incredible restaurants, many art galleries and home to the beautiful Yacht Marina.

Another gem tucked away in Santa Eularia. Taco paco is a modern mexican restaurant. Quirky interior, great authentic food and even nicer staff. I recommend the passionfruit margaritas, I asked for spicy. The guaca bravas are a highlight as are the chicken tinga totopos. You’ll be spoilt for choice with the menu. Vegan options are available, the staff are happy to help with any dietaries and it doesn’t break the bank either!

Try the stratciatella with chard and sugar snap peas with the monkfish and cougrette, both sourced locally from Ibiza. Pair with a beautiful orange wine. The menu changes all the time meaning it’s somewhere to visit time and time again. A firm favourite
